Miley Cyrus stepped out with her sister on a shopping spree in Los Angeles on Saturday for a pre-birthday celebration. The Hannah Montana star will celebrate her 16th birthday with a Sweet Sixteen celebration at Disneyland on Sunday with an all star guest list. Special guests include co-stars Emily Osment, Mitchel Musso, father Billy Ray Cyrus, as well as other Disney stars Brenda Song and KayCee Stroh.
Older stars that received the special invitation to the sold out, red carpet event were Vanessa Williams, model Cindy Crawford and British actress Kate Beckinsale.
